摘要
城乡职业教育一体化建设是中国推进城乡融合发展的战略性决策,也是实现共同富裕的重要抓手。从新一轮科技革命和产业变革方兴未艾、产业经济高质量发展、技能型社会建设持续推进、城乡职业教育二元结构矛盾突出的多重背景出发,对共同富裕下城乡职业教育一体化建设的内涵逻辑、动力逻辑和耦合逻辑进行解构。在此基础上,提出城乡职业教育一体化建设的具体实践路径是:以共同富裕发展理念为导向,构建教育资源城乡一体化配置机制;以共同富裕价值取向为根基,打造城乡一体化“技能富裕”人才培养框架;以共同富裕发展需求为核心,精准定位城乡职业教育一体化功能;以共同富裕实现逻辑为抓手,统筹建立教育主体城乡一体化生态圈。
The construction of the integration of urban and rural vocational education is a strategic decision to promote the integration of urban and rural development in China,and it is also an important starting point for achieving common prosperity.From the multiple backgrounds of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform,the high-quality development of the industrial economy,the continuous promotion of the construction of a skilled society,and the prominent contradiction in the dual structure of urban and rural vocational education,this paper deconstructs the connotation logic,dynamic logic and coupling logic of the integration of urban and rural vocational education under the common prosperity.On this basis,it puts forward the specific practical paths of the integration of urban and rural vocational education:guided by the concept of common prosperity and development,constructing the urban-rural integration allocation mechanism of educational resources;based on the value orientation of common prosperity,building a talent training framework of“skill enrichment”for urban-rural integration;focusing on the demand for common prosperity and development,accurately positioning the integration function of urban and rural vocational education;taking the realization logic of common prosperity as the starting point,and comprehensively establishing an urban-rural integration ecosystem for educational subjects.
