摘要 建立现代职业教育体系,需要辨析职业教育不同于普通教育的典型特征。从国家资历框架角度来看,凸显技能分级,需要构建职业技能等级体系,完善不同层级的职业教育;从人才培养方案来看,体现职业能力发展,需要遵循技术技能组块规律;从人才培养内容构架来看,突出学用结合、以用促学,应建立技术技能导向的内容逻辑体系;从教育教学来看,注重理实结合、学用结合,需要运用实践导向的学习方式。 To establish a modern vocational education system,it is necessary to distinguish and analyze the typical characteristics of vocational education different from general education.From the perspective of the national qualifications framework,to highlight skill grading,it is necessary to build a vocational skill grading system and improve vocational education at different levels;from the perspective of talent training programs,to reflect the development of vocational abilities,it is necessary to follow the rules of technical skill blocks;from the perspective of content structure of talent training,highlighting the combination of learning and using and promoting learning by using,and a content logic system oriented by technical skills should be established;from the perspective of education and teaching,focusing on the combination of theory and practice,learning and application,and it is necessary to use practice-oriented learning ways.
