摘要
近年来,国家大力推行职业教育改革与发展,发挥职业院校作为一种类型教育在人才培养中的价值。“岗课赛证”融通作为职教改革的一项积极措施,需要得到高职院校教师的贯彻和执行,教师的教学组织受教学评价体系的影响,而目前教师教学评价主体对“岗课赛证”的理解还有差距,教师教学评价内容以及教师教学评价结果也未与“岗课赛证”实现很好的对接。为解决这些问题,文章对教师评价体系进行优化,设计涵盖了教师的基础性、发展性和岗课赛证融通性这三个维度,制订了具有普适性和发展性的特色教学评价指标体系,以促进教师教学能力提升和“岗课赛证”的融通。
In recent years,the country has vigorously promoted the reform and development of vocational education,leveraging the value of vocational colleges as a type of education in talent cultivation.As a positive measure of vocational education reform,the integration of"post course competition certification"needs to be implemented and executed by teachers in vocational colleges.The teaching organization of teachers is influenced by the teaching evaluation system,and currently,there is still a gap in the understanding of"post course competition certification"by the main body of teacher teaching evaluation.The content and results of teacher teaching evaluation have not been well integrated with"post course competition certification".To address the issue between the two,the teacher evaluation system is optimized,covering the three dimensions of teachers'foundation,development,and integration of on-the-job competition certification.A universal and developmental characteristic teaching evaluation index system is developed to promote the improvement of teachers'teaching ability and the integration of post competition certification.
