摘要
1+X证书制度是我国职业教育制度设计的一项重大创新,是推进职业教育人才培养模式和评价模式改革的一种制度设计。开展书证融通质量评价是进一步保障该制度稳步推进、全面提升职业教育人才培养质量的关键环节。从专业群的角度出发,结合实地调研结果和专家访谈,构建了包括专业群建设状况、课程体系建设、教学资源库建设、师资队伍建设、课程教学实施五大方面的1+X证书制度下高职教育书证融通质量评价体系。引入模糊评价理念,综合层次分析法(AHP)与模糊综合评价法(FCE)两种评价分析方法的优点,集成了“AHP—FCE”综合评价模型,并通过对西部地区某高职院校的物流专业群书证融通情况进行评价,从实践角度开展分析及评价。
The 1+X certificate system is a major innovation in the design of China’s vocational education system,and it is a system design that promotes the reform of vocational education talent cultivation and evaluation models.In order to further ensure the steady progress of this system and comprehensively improve the quality of talent cultivation in vocational education,conducting quality evaluation is a key link in improving the overall quality of education.From the perspective of the specialty group,combining the results of field research and expert interviews,we constructed a quality evaluation system of diploma-certificate integration in higher vocational education under the 1+X certificate system,which includes five major aspects:construction status of specialty group,construction of curriculum system,construction of teaching resource base,construction of faculty team,and implementation of curriculum teaching.By introducing the concept of fuzzy evaluation,integrating the advantages of two evaluation methods,AHP and FCE,and integrating the comprehensive evaluation model of AHP-FCE,the evaluation of the diploma-certificate integration of specialty group in a higher vocational college in western region is carried out from the perspective of practice.The analysis and evaluation are carried out from the perspective of practice.
