摘要
目的:评价醒脑静注射液联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法:使用计算机检索中国知网、维普、万方数据、中国生物医学文献数据库、Pub Med、Embase等数据库中干预措施为醒脑静注射液联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的随机对照试验,检索时限为各数据库建库时间至今。由2位研究员筛选文献,提取相关资料及完成质量评价后使用Rev Man 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入7项试验,634例患者,其中对照组317例,试验组317例。结局指标表明二者联用可显著提高急性脑梗死的临床疗效(P<0.00001),有效降低神经功能损伤程度、认知功能评分、凝血功能指标、血液流变学指标、不良反应。结论:醒脑静注射液联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死具有较好的疗效,尚未发生严重不良反应,但需高质量的文献证据支撑。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of TCM external treatment on primary tremor,so as to provide a basis for clinical application.Methods:Randomized controlled trials with acupuncture therapy as the main intervention of essential tremor were searched from CNKI database and so on.The quality of the studies was evaluated,and the Meta analysis was performed.Results:All the outcome indexes of the treatment group were better than the control group.Conclusion:Analysis of the included study suggests that the application of TCM external treatment has a reliable advantage in the treatment of essential tremo.
