摘要
笔者就《医联体脑卒中防治一体化康复管理指南》进行了介绍和简要解读,该管理指南制定了脑卒中康复防治体系管理的指导和建议,包含脑卒中高危人群筛选和随访、康复预防、急性期康复、恢复期康复、社区即家庭康复、康复转诊阶段需要考虑要点及关键信息。它适用于城市区域性医疗联合体内的各级医疗机构、疾病预防控制部门、公共卫生管理部门的医务人员对脑卒中患者的康复、预防与诊治。
This paper gives a brief introduction and interpretation of the integrated rehabilitation management guide of stroke prevention and treatment in the Medical Association.The guide provides guidance and suggestions for the management of stroke rehabilitation prevention and treatment system,including the screening and follow-up of highrisk groups of stroke,rehabilitation prevention,acute rehabilitation,recovery rehabilitation,community-based family rehabilitation,and key points at the rehabilitation referral stage.It is suitable for the rehabilitation,prevention,diagnosis and treatment of stroke patients by the medical staff of all levels of medical institutions,disease prevention and control departments and public health management departments in the urban regional medical association.
