摘要
基于中国家庭金融调查数据库(CHFS 2019)微观个体数据,探究职业教育促进居民工资性收入增长的程度和影响机制。研究结果表明:职业教育每增加1个单位,工资性收入将会增加5.49个百分点;在共同富裕背景下,农村户口样本中职业教育对居民工资性收入的影响较大,在非农户口样本中影响较小,前者几乎是后者的10倍;PSM倾向匹配效果良好,相比于非农村户口样本,农村户口样本的匹配效果更佳;职业教育对居民工资性收入的影响呈现倒“U型”关系,相比于中等收入群体,职业教育对低收入群体和高收入群体的影响较大;“互联网使用”在职业教育影响居民工资性收入的过程中起到了部分中介效应,劳动力回流则起到了调节效应。
Based on the micro individual data of China Household Finance Survey Database(CHFS 2019),this paper explored the degree and influence mechanism of vocational education in promoting the growth of residents’wage income.The results show that:if vocational education increases by one unit,wage income will increase by 5.49 percent;under the background of common prosperity,it is found that vocational education has a greater impact on residents’wage income in the rural household registration sample,and a smaller impact in the non-agricultural household registration sample,the former is almost 10 times of the latter.The matching effect of PSM propensity is good,and the matching effect of rural sample is better than that of non-rural sample.The effect of vocational education on residents’wage income shows an inverted“U-shaped”relationship.Compared with the middle-income group,the effect of vocational education on the low-income group and the high-income group is greater.Internet use plays a part of mediating effect in the process of vocational education affecting residents’wage income,and the return of labor force plays a moderating effect.
