摘要
目的使用Meta分析的方法评价补肾中药对于原发性骨质疏松慢性疼痛的有效性。方法检索PubMed、中国知网、维普、万方、Sinomed、Cochrane数据库,根据Cochrane制定的标准,由2名研究者独立评估临床数据资料,纳入相关要素,并使用Review Manerger 5.3对纳入研究Meta分析。结果最终纳入24个随机临床试验,共2422例原发性骨质疏松症患者伴慢性疼痛患者。把原发性骨质疏松症分为绝经后骨质疏松症与老年性骨质疏松症两亚组进行分析。在绝经后骨质疏松症及老年性骨质疏松症两个亚组中,疼痛VAS评分及腰椎骨密度在3个月、6个月时,补肾中药联合西药疗法在缓解骨质疏松慢性疼痛和提高骨密度方面都优于单用西药,且差异均有统计学意义。结论补肾中药在改善原发性骨质疏松慢性疼痛的症状的同时,可以提高患者骨密度。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of TCM kidney tonics for chronic pain in primary osteoporosis on the basis of Meta-analysis.Methods PubMed,China Knowledge Network Infrastructure,VIP,Wanfang,Sinomed,and Cochrane databases were searched,and clinical data information was independently assessed by two investigators according to the criteria established by Cochrane,relevant elements were included,and Meta-analysis of included studies was analyzed using Review Manerger 5.3.Results A total of 2422 patients with primary osteoporosis with chronic pain were finally included in 24 randomized clinical trials.Primary osteoporosis was divided into two subgroups,postmenopausal osteoporosis and senile osteoporosis,for analysis.In the two subgroups of postmenopausal osteoporosis and senile osteoporosis,pain VAS scores and lumbar spine BMD at 3 and 6 months were superior to western medicine alone in terms of relieving osteoporotic chronic pain and improving BMD with statistically significant differences in both kidney tonic Chinese medicine combined with western medicine.Conclusion TCM kidney tonics can improve the symptoms of chronic pain in primary osteoporosis while increasing the bone density of patients.
