摘要
目的:研究健脾活血补肾汤联合热敏灸治疗骨质疏松症的临床效果及其对炎症因子的影响。方法:纳入112例骨质疏松症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各56例。对照组接受常规西医疗法,观察组在对照组基础上加用健脾活血补肾汤及热敏灸疗法,治疗周期结束后对2组治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:观察组的总有效率达到83.93%,明显高于对照组的64.29%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后2组腰椎、股骨颈骨密度均升高,疼痛评分及中医证候积分均降低,理化指标肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)水平均下降,且观察组上述指标均较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾活血补肾汤联合热敏灸可降低炎症相关因子、缓解疼痛、减轻临床症状、提高患者骨密度,治疗骨质疏松症效果显著。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the combination therapy of Jianpi Huoxue Bushen Decoction combined with moxibustion thermotherapy in the treatment of osteoporosis,as well as its impact on inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 112 osteoporosis patients were enrolled,and 56 subjects were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received conventional Western medical treatment,while the observation group was applied with the Jianpi Huoxue Bushen Decoction and heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy on the basis of the treatment for the control group.After the treatment period,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The overall therapeutic efficacy in the observation group reached 83.93%,which was significantly higher than the 64.29%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,both the lumbar spine and femoral neck bone mineral density in both groups increased,the pain scores and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes decreased,and the biochemical indicators TNF-αand IL-1 decreased.Furthermore,when comparing the aforementioned indicators between the observation group and the control group,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy of Jianpi Huoxue Bushen Decoction and moxibustion thermotherapy shows significant effects in the treatment of osteoporosis,improving bone density,alleviating pain,and reducing inflammatory factors.
