The results showed that cultured microspores of Chinese cabbage developed into embryos at all the incubation temperatues from 28℃ to 37℃ ,but the best response to high temperature occured at 35℃. Among the four kinds of time periods, the highest yield of embryos was obtained at the 24h treatment. Therefore, the isolated microspore culture of Chinese cabbege ran be efficiently carried out at 35℃ for 24 hours.展开更多

Two hundred and forty-two samples of Chinese cabbage were collected from the main producing areas in China for calibration and prediction of the four constituents above. The results of calibration showed that the multiple correlation coefficients between NIRS and chemical methods were 0. 9958,0. 9852,0. 9821 and 0. 9814,and the standard errors were 0. 398,0. 134,0. 098 and 0. 51 ,respectively. The correlation coefficients of prediction were 0. 994,0. 978,0. 974 and 0. 981 ,and standard errors were 0. 353,0. 127, 0. 108 and 0. 548,respectively. These results indicate that NIRS can be used to determine the four constituents of Chinese cabbage as accurately as chemical methods.展开更多

A higher number of differentially expressed genes were detected in susceptible cultivars than in resistant cultivars. Fifty-six genes involved in cell wall modification, hormone signaling, root marphogenesis, nematodes response and cell proliferation were uniquely expressed in the resistant cultivars. Among them, 27 genes were involved in cell wall modification and hormone signaling, indicating that genes in these two types might play a vital role in the defense response to pathogen infection.展开更多

The results showed that polyamincs (PAs) were decreased in the process of flower bud initiation and fornfation, but the floral stem formation and elongation were accompied by PAs increase. The level of Spm was related to the bolting date of Chinese cabbage. During the inducing of flower bud initiation and elongation of floral stem, and the changes of Spm were reversed between early bolting date and late bolting cultivars, but they have the same requirment for Spd for the starting of flower bud initiation and the starting of bolting. The level of Spd changed little during entire developmental stage for early bolting cultivars, but a lot for late bolting cultivars. The time that the highest level of Put appeared is related to the bolting date of Chinese cabbage.展开更多
