摘要
为了分析不结球白菜二倍体及其同源四倍体之间营养品质的变化规律,并筛选出营养品质优良的同源四倍体不结球白菜,对实验室前期诱变获得的17份来源不同的不结球白菜(苏州青、上海青、矮脚黄3种类型,以下分别简称“S”“H”“A”)二倍体及其同源四倍体的叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、有机酸以及纤维素的含量进行测定,并对其进行比较分析,同时采用隶属函数法对其综合营养品质进行评价。结果表明:二、四倍体不结球白菜在营养指标和综合营养品质方面因类型和品种不同而不同。相较于二倍体,四倍体植株的叶绿素含量大多显著下降;可溶性糖含量大部分显著增加,其中“H”类型均增加;可溶性蛋白含量有增有减,其中“A”类型全部降低;有机酸含量有增加、不变和降低,其中“S”类型大部分降低,且多差异显著;纤维素含量变化多无显著差异。隶属函数法分析结果显示,四倍体植株综合营养品质优于二倍体。综合营养品质较好并满足四倍体优于二倍体的材料共有5份,分别为S-4、S-5、S-7、H-1和H-3。本研究结果可为以高品质育种为目标、以多倍体育种为方式的不结球白菜品质育种提供一定的理论参考。
In order to analyze the variation of nutritional quality between diploid and autotetraploid of nonheading Chinese cabbage,and to screen out the autotetraploid non-heading Chinese cabbage with excellent nutritional quality,the chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,organic acid content and cellulose content in 17 pairs of diploid and autotetraploid non-heading Chinese cabbages(Suzhouqing,Shanghai Qing and Aijiaohuang types,hereinafter referred to as“S”,“H”and“A”,respectively)from different sources through mutagenesis in the laboratory were determined and compared,and the comprehensive nutritional quality was evaluated by membership function method.The results showed that the nutritional indexes and comprehensive nutritional quality of diploid and tetraploid non-heading Chinese cabbage varied depending on different types and varieties.Compared to diploid,the chlorophyll content of tetraploid reduced mostly significantly;The soluble sugar content increased significantly in most cases,with an increase in all“H”type;The soluble protein content increased and decreased,with all“A”type decreasing;The organic acid content increased,decreased and remained unchanged,with most“S”type tetraploids decreasing,with significant differences observed;Most of the changes in cellulose content showed no significant difference.The membership function analysis found that tetraploid plants had better comprehensive nutritional quality than diploid,and there were a total of 5 materials with better comprehensive nutritional quality that met the criteria of tetraploid being superior to diploid,namely S-4,S-5,S-7,H-1,and H-3.The results of this study provide a theoretical reference for the quality breeding of non-heading Chinese cabbage with the aim of high-quality breeding and polyploid breeding.
