Integrated data and energy transfer(IDET)enables the electromagnetic waves to transmit wireless energy at the same time of data delivery for lowpower devices.In this paper,an energy harvesting modulation(EHM)assisted multi-user IDET system is studied,where all the received signals at the users are exploited for energy harvesting without the degradation of wireless data transfer(WDT)performance.The joint IDET performance is then analysed theoretically by conceiving a practical time-dependent wireless channel.With the aid of the AO based algorithm,the average effective data rate among users are maximized by ensuring the BER and the wireless energy transfer(WET)performance.Simulation results validate and evaluate the IDET performance of the EHM assisted system,which also demonstrates that the optimal number of user clusters and IDET time slots should be allocated,in order to improve the WET and WDT performance. 展开更多

In order to assess the possible collision effect, a numerical simulation for the upper module and spar platlbrm docking at the speed of 0.2 m/s was conducted by using the software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and the time history of the collision force, energy absorption and structural defonamtion during the collision was described. The purpose was to ensure that the platlbrm was safely put into operation. Furthermore, this paper analyzes different initial velocities and angles on the Von Mises stress and collision resultant force during the docking collision. The results of this paper showed that the docking could be conducted with higher security. The data in this paper can provide useful references for the determination of the upper module's offshore hoisting scheme and practical construction by contrasting the numerical simulation results of the parameters on the docking collision. 展开更多

The supercritical CO_(2) Brayton cycle is considered a promising energy conversion system for Generation IV reactors for its simple layout,compact structure,and high cycle efficiency.Mathematical models of four Brayton cycle layouts are developed in this study for different reactors to reduce the cost and increase the thermohydraulic performance of nuclear power generation to promote the commercialization of nuclear energy.Parametric analysis,multi-objective optimizations,and four decision-making methods are applied to obtain each Brayton scheme’s optimal thermohydraulic and economic indexes.Results show that for the same design thermal power scale of reactors,the higher the core’s exit temperature,the better the Brayton cycle’s thermo-economic performance.Among the four-cycle layouts,the recompression cycle(RC)has the best overall performance,followed by the simple recuperation cycle(SR)and the intercooling cycle(IC),and the worst is the reheating cycle(RH).However,RH has the lowest total cost of investment(C_(tot))of$1619.85 million,and IC has the lowest levelized cost of energy(LCOE)of 0.012$/(kWh).The nuclear Brayton cycle system’s overall performance has been improved due to optimization.The performance of the molten salt reactor combined with the intercooling cycle(MSR-IC)scheme has the greatest improvement,with the net output power(W_(net)),thermal efficiencyη_(t),and exergy efficiency(η_(e))improved by 8.58%,8.58%,and 11.21%,respectively.The performance of the lead-cooled fast reactor combined with the simple recuperation cycle scheme was optimized to increase C_(tot) by 27.78%.In comparison,the internal rate of return(IRR)increased by only 7.8%,which is not friendly to investors with limited funds.For the nuclear Brayton cycle,the molten salt reactor combined with the recompression cycle scheme should receive priority,and the gas-cooled fast reactor combined with the reheating cycle scheme should be considered carefully. 展开更多

A new multi-level analysis method of introducing the super-element modeling method, derived from the multi-level analysis method first proposed by O. F. Hughes, has been proposed in this paper to solve the problem of high time cost in adopting a rational-based optimal design method for ship structural design. Furthermore,the method was verified by its effective application in optimization of the mid-ship section of a container ship. A full 3-D FEM model of a ship,suffering static and quasi-static loads, was used as the analyzing object for evaluating the structural performance of the mid-ship module, including static strength and buckling performance. Research results reveal that this new method could substantially reduce the computational cost of the rational-based optimization problem without decreasing its accuracy, which increases the feasibility and economic efficiency of using a rational-based optimal design method in ship structural design. 展开更多

A multi-objective optimization process for wind turbine steel towers is described in present work.The objective functions are tower top deformation and mass.The tower's height,radius and thickness are considered as design variables.The mathematical relationships between objective functions and variables were predicted by adopting a response surface methodology(RSM).Furthermore,the multi-objective non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II(NSGA-II)is adopted to optimize the tower structure to achieve accurate results with the minimum top deformation and total mass.A case study on a 2MW wind turbine tower optimization is given,which computes the desired tower structure parameters.The results are compared with the original tower:a reduction of tower top deformation reduction by about 16.5%and a reduction of a mass by about 1.5%could be achieved for such an optimization process. 展开更多

There exists large space to save energy of high-sulfur natural gas purification process.The multi-objective optimization problem has been investigated to effectively reduce the total comprehensive energy consumption and further improve the production rate of purified gas.A steady-state simulation model of high-sulfur natural gas purification process has been set up by using ProMax.Seven key operating parameters of the purification process have been determined based on the analysis of comprehensive energy consumption distribution.To solve the problem that the process model does not converge in some conditions,back-propagation(BP)neural network has been applied to substitute the simulation model to predict the relative parameters in the optimization model.The uniform design method and the table U21(107)have been applied to design the experiment points for training and testing BP model.High prediction accuracy can be achieved by using the BP model.Nondominated sorting genetic algorithm-II has been developed to optimize the two objectives,and 100 Pareto optimal solutions have been obtained.Three optimal points have been selected and evaluated further.The results demonstrate that the total comprehensive energy consumption is reduced by 13.4%and the production rate of purified gas is improved by 0.2%under the optimized operating conditions. 展开更多

Electromagnetic(EM) load is one of the key design drivers for the blanket shield block(SB) and other in-vessel components. In this article, an EM analysis method was developed to address the EM force on the SB. The plasma currents, which vary spatially and temporally,are loaded as a filament at each time point. The standard blanket module No.04(BM04) under major disruption(MD) is selected to perform the analyses. The analyses results are validated by comparing currents on the passive structure. To better understand the effects of cooling channels and slits on the EM force, the case of SB without cooling channel and the case without slits are calculated to make comparisons. The results show that the slits play an important role in controlling the EM load on SB. 展开更多

Preliminary analyses indicate that not only the low temperature design rules, the well-known 3Sin rules, are satisfied for the first wall, but the additional high temperature structural design criteria for the creep damage limits and creep-ratcheting limits are met as well. 展开更多

This paper proposes a design optimization method for the multi-objective orbit design of earth observation satellites, for which the optimality of orbit performance indices with different units, such as: total coverage time, the frequency of coverage, average time per coverage and maximum coverage gap, etc. is required simultaneously. By introducing index normalization method to convert performance indices into dimensionless variables within the range of [0, 1], a design optimization method based on the principal component analysis and cluster analysis is proposed, which consists of index normalization method, principal component analysis, multiple-level cluster analysis and weighted evaluation method. The results of orbit optimization for earth observation satellites show that the optimal orbit can be obtained by using the proposed method. The principal component analysis can reduce the total number of indices with a non-independent relationship to save computing time. Similarly, the multiple-level cluster analysis with parallel computing could save computing time. 展开更多

为提高内置U型永磁同步电机电磁性能及抑制电机低频振动噪声,提出一种U一型磁极结构并结合Halbach充磁方式、转子开槽的电机拓扑。首先,推导电机相关电磁性能表达式,分析定转子间气隙径向磁通密度、径向电磁力密度的低频振动和噪声波动... 为提高内置U型永磁同步电机电磁性能及抑制电机低频振动噪声,提出一种U一型磁极结构并结合Halbach充磁方式、转子开槽的电机拓扑。首先,推导电机相关电磁性能表达式,分析定转子间气隙径向磁通密度、径向电磁力密度的低频振动和噪声波动构成。其次,采用解析法与有限元法得到气隙径向电磁力时空分布,利用参数敏感度分析法、参数扫描法和响应面法对所选转子拓扑参数进行多目标优化并得到最优参数解。最后,将U一磁极结构空载反电动势、径向磁通密度、齿槽转矩、输出转矩、转矩脉动、径向电磁力密度、振动加速度和声压级与4种U型磁极结构进行对比分析;并结合电磁场、机械场和声场对U一型电机结构进行验证。结果表明,通过在U型磁极结构上增设一型磁极、改变充磁方式、dq轴开槽调制气隙磁场正弦度,使得电机齿槽转矩降低91.3%,空载反电动势提高53 V,输出转矩提高39.6%,气隙中径向电磁力波的各阶次谐波幅值均有所下降,各频率下定子总成振动加速度降低明显,电机周身声压级最大值处下降9 dB,下降率为10.1%。 展开更多

为解决双馈感应发电机(DFIG)定子或转子绕组绝缘劣化引发匝间短路,导致其三相定子电流频谱基频及谐波附近产生的边带谐波因噪声干扰易被主频谐波淹没,从而难以有效区分故障特征频率与干扰分量的问题,提出了一种基于电流残差谐波谱幅值... 为解决双馈感应发电机(DFIG)定子或转子绕组绝缘劣化引发匝间短路,导致其三相定子电流频谱基频及谐波附近产生的边带谐波因噪声干扰易被主频谐波淹没,从而难以有效区分故障特征频率与干扰分量的问题,提出了一种基于电流残差谐波谱幅值调制的DFIG匝间短路故障诊断方法。首先,通过对DFIG零序电流进行S变换,获取其时频域相位和幅值,对相位进行校正,并对幅值进行不同程度的调制;然后,计算得到调制后的电流残差谐波谱;最后,在100 kW双馈感应发电机绕组短路故障模拟平台上进行实验验证。结果表明:所提方法能够有效提取故障特征频率,转子绕组匝间短路故障时提取的定子电流故障特征频率(1-2s)f s和(1+2s)f s与真实值的特征频率误差分别是0.083%和0.117%,得到的故障特征频率分量具有更高的精度;该方法能够更好地检测DFIG匝间短路的特征频率,有效提取并区分故障特征分量与干扰分量。 展开更多

在分析脉宽调制原理的基础上,结合离散化的思想,提出一种实时计算脉冲宽度的方法。该方法在一个采样周期内采集一次参考电压信号,再基于伏秒平衡原理推导在一个开关周期内功率器件导通与关断时间的计算公式,并给出方法实现流程。所提方... 在分析脉宽调制原理的基础上,结合离散化的思想,提出一种实时计算脉冲宽度的方法。该方法在一个采样周期内采集一次参考电压信号,再基于伏秒平衡原理推导在一个开关周期内功率器件导通与关断时间的计算公式,并给出方法实现流程。所提方法计算简洁、可输出任意电压信号、不依靠载波信号和坐标变换。其次,建立系统仿真模型,对实时计算脉宽调制(RTCPWM)控制下的单相DC-AC变换器、三相DC-AC变换器和永磁同步电机调速系统进行仿真分析,并在模拟平台上进行永磁同步电机调速系统实验验证。仿真和实验结果表明,在满足调制要求的前提下,实时计算脉宽调制的输出电压总谐波失真率为79.18%,模型性能较空间矢量脉宽调制提升30%,电机正反转转速波动范围小于1%。可将该调制策略推广应用到电力系统频率偏差调节、三相电压不平衡补偿、多功能变换器等领域。 展开更多

针对某武器系统研制过程中出现的2只DC/DC电源模块输出异常问题,通过制定失效分析方案探究其失效机理。对失效模块进行外观检查,各管脚均存在不同程度的绝缘子破裂现象;进行电性能和I-V特性曲线测试,并与合格样品进行对比,发现2只失效... 针对某武器系统研制过程中出现的2只DC/DC电源模块输出异常问题,通过制定失效分析方案探究其失效机理。对失效模块进行外观检查,各管脚均存在不同程度的绝缘子破裂现象;进行电性能和I-V特性曲线测试,并与合格样品进行对比,发现2只失效模块的Pin3与Pin5之间分别存在二极管特性异常和连接性异常现象,初步确定失效部位;通过X射线检测设备对模块内部基板和引线架进行检查,发现1#模块的2处VDMOS键合丝断裂,断面呈熔球状;进一步将模块物理开封进行内部检查,观察到1#模块的VDMOS芯片中间部位存在高温引起的变色现象,2#模块的管脚焊接点存在明显裂缝。对失效原因进行排查和分析,结果表明,电源端过电应力导致1#模块的VDMOS烧毁,焊接不良造成2#模块的输出异常。 展开更多

为解决国产计算模块启动过程中出现偶发性故障时因无日志记录导致后续故障分析困难的问题,提出了一种国产计算模块固件上电日志记录技术。该技术利用板级管理单元采集计算模块从按下电源开关模块上电开机到UEFI固件启动完成这段过程的... 为解决国产计算模块启动过程中出现偶发性故障时因无日志记录导致后续故障分析困难的问题,提出了一种国产计算模块固件上电日志记录技术。该技术利用板级管理单元采集计算模块从按下电源开关模块上电开机到UEFI固件启动完成这段过程的日志信息,并将日志信息存储在板级存储单元中,解决了国产计算模块从上电到UEFI固件启动完成这一阶段无日志记录难题,同时通过对日志输出进行去冗分类、统一标识输出日志、按阶段分级输出等手段设计了固件上电日志输出格式,完成了日志记录、导出、解析、展示和故障分析。完成了软硬件设计,并进行试验验证,通过设计故障注入进行验证,该系统能够有效的记录计算模块的固件上电日志,有助于国产计算模块偶发性故障定位分析。 展开更多
