电流残差谐波谱幅值调制的双馈感应发电机匝间短路诊断方法 被引量:2

Diagnosis Method for Inter-Turn Short Circuit Faults in Doubly Fed Induction Generators Based on Spectral Amplitude Modulation of the Residual Current Harmonic Analysis

摘要 为解决双馈感应发电机(DFIG)定子或转子绕组绝缘劣化引发匝间短路,导致其三相定子电流频谱基频及谐波附近产生的边带谐波因噪声干扰易被主频谐波淹没,从而难以有效区分故障特征频率与干扰分量的问题,提出了一种基于电流残差谐波谱幅值调制的DFIG匝间短路故障诊断方法。首先,通过对DFIG零序电流进行S变换,获取其时频域相位和幅值,对相位进行校正,并对幅值进行不同程度的调制;然后,计算得到调制后的电流残差谐波谱;最后,在100 kW双馈感应发电机绕组短路故障模拟平台上进行实验验证。结果表明:所提方法能够有效提取故障特征频率,转子绕组匝间短路故障时提取的定子电流故障特征频率(1-2s)f s和(1+2s)f s与真实值的特征频率误差分别是0.083%和0.117%,得到的故障特征频率分量具有更高的精度;该方法能够更好地检测DFIG匝间短路的特征频率,有效提取并区分故障特征分量与干扰分量。 To address the issue of inter-turn short circuits in the stator or rotor windings of doubly fed induction generators(DFIG),which are caused by insulation degradation and result in the generation of sideband harmonics near the fundamental frequency and harmonics that are easily submerged by noise interference,making it difficult to effectively distinguish between fault characteristic frequencies and interference components,a method for diagnosing DFIG inter-turn short circuit faults based on current residual harmonic spectrum amplitude modulation is proposed.Firstly,by performing an S-transform on the zero-sequence current of the DFIG to obtain its time-frequency domain phase and amplitude,the phase is corrected and the amplitude is modulated to different degrees.Subsequently,the modulated current residual harmonic spectrum is calculated.Finally,experimental verification is conducted on a 100 kW doubly fed induction generator winding short circuit fault simulation platform.The results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively extract fault characteristic frequencies,with errors of 0.083% and 0.117% for the extracted stator current fault characteristic frequencies(1-2s)f s and(1+2s)f s during rotor winding inter-turn short circuit faults,respectively,exhibiting higher accuracy in the extracted fault characteristic frequency components.This method can better detect the characteristic frequencies of DFIG inter-turn short circuits,effectively extracting and distinguishing between fault characteristic components and interference components.
