摘要
高职院校第二课堂的技能培养是高职院校在人才培养模式改革中的短板,分析建立第二课堂技能培养项目组存在的问题,探索构建第二课堂技能培养项目组长效机制的必要性和建设措施,具有现实的可行意义。
Skills development in the second class,vocational colleges of higher vocational collges is in short of talent training mode reform.Analysis to establish the status of second class skills development project team,to explore building the second classroom skills development the need for long-term mechanism of the project team and building measures has reality feasible.
