摘要
针对安时积分累积误差,以构建锂电池状态空间等效电路模型为基础,运用改进的粒子滤波(Particle Filter,PF)算法对锂电池SOC进行估计。以磷酸铁锂(LFP)电池为测试对象,选用二阶RC等效模型,根据HPPC测试实验获取其参数,得到算法所需的过程与量测方程,算法仿真估算误差最终平稳在5%以内。然后对所提出的算法进行实验验证,用磷酸铁锂电池测试数据训练算法。对比仿真结果与实测数据处理结果,改进的PF算法能在保证准确度的情况下减少粒子数量,减轻计算量。
Contrapose the error of ampere-hour integral accumulation,based on building state space equivalent circuit model of the lithium battery,the employment of an improved PF algorithm to lithium battery SOC estimation is introduced.Lithiumt iron phosphate(LFP)battery is chosen as the test object.The parameters of the selected second order RC equivalent model are got through HPPC test,from which the required process and measurement equation were obtained for the algorithm.The algorithm simulation estimation error is finally stable with in 5%.Then,the proposed algorithm is validated by experiments.Data measured in the test of lithium iron phosphate battery is used to train the algorithm.Compared with the result of the simulation results,the improved particle can reduce the number of sampled particles to simplify the computation,with warranty of accuracy.
