摘要
对于锂离子电池制造商来说,原材料的检测与评估不仅可以提前判定该材料是否符合批量生产需求,还可以对不同供应商提供材料进行同等条件对比,作为筛选材料和供应商的重要参考。锂离子电池隔膜材料的性能检测与评估主要包括拉伸强度、穿刺强度、热收缩率、透气度、孔隙率、电气强度和离子电导率等物理性能和电性能,准确分析这些性能参数对锂离子电池隔膜材料的评估具有重要意义。本文对锂离子电池隔膜材料的这些性能检测与评估方法进行了综述,以期为广大的锂离子电池隔膜材料研究者及锂离子电池制造商的原材料检测工作者提供参考。
The test and evaluation of raw materials can not only be the evaluation if the materials can meet the requirement of mass production demand,but also can be the essential reference for lithium ion battery manufacturers to filter various separator products and suppliers.The test and evaluation of separator materials mainly include physical properties and electrical properties.Physical properties contain tensile strength,puncture strength,hot-shrinkage rate,air permeability and porosity.Electric strength is the test item of electrical property and ionic conductivity is equally important.The accurate analysis of these performances and parameters has a significant meaning for evaluating separator materials.This paper reviews the test and evaluation methods of separator materials,and provides reference for separator materials researchers and raw materials tests workers in lithium ion battery manufacturers.
