摘要
在经济全球化过程中,空港的重要性越来越显著,依托空港的经济区建设已经成为城市新的功能区与经济增长点。空港经济区产业构成、产业布局也因此成为了规划学、区域经济学的研究热点。沈阳是东北中心城市,桃仙机场也是东北亚地区重要的航空枢纽。围绕桃仙机场发展空港经济已经成为沈阳实现产业升级的重要途径之一。本文将空港经济区与沈阳城市发展相结合,从城市产业结构升级角度,分析空港经济区的产业选择,并通过应用空间分析工具,探索充分利用空港周边城市用地和实现产业合理布局的有效方法。
In the process of economic globalization,airports have become more and more important.The construction of economic zones that rely on airports has turned into the new economic functional area and economic growth point of a city.Thus the industrial composition and layout have also become a research focus in the fields of urban planning and regional economics.Shenyang is the central city of Northeast China,and Taoxian Airport is one of the aviation hubs in Northeast Asia.Airport-related economic development has been an important path for the industrial upgrading of Shenyang.This paper combines the development of the airport economic zone with the urban development of Shenyang,analyzes the industrial selection of the airport economic zone from the perspective of industrial upgrading of the city,and applies the spatial analysis tool to explore the effective way of fully using the urban land around airport and optimizing the industrial layout of the area.
