摘要
由于我国市面上主要的绘本来自翻译的国外版本,绘本在翻译过程产生的偏差可能给儿童造成阅读上的困扰。本文结合绘本The Tale of Peter Rabbit,从对文学语言的简化理解功能、对语言描写的空间拓展功能和对故事文本的补充作用三个方面探讨图像在绘本翻译中的辅助理解功能。
Since a majority of picture books on the market in China are mainly translated from foreign ones, the deviation of picture books in the translation process may make it difficult for children to read and understand. Combining The Tale of Peter Rabbit, the thesis discusses the auxiliary understanding function of images in picture book translation from three aspects: the simplified understanding function of literary language, the spatial expansion function of language description and the supplementary role of story text.
