摘要
本文以隐性教育为出发点,使用参与观察方法,发现隐性教育存在的现实困境,并从三重维度,即教师业务水平、校园文化背景、同龄人间的氛围进行分析,以求探索出相关途径。旨在解决思政课堂的质量问题,从而助推思政课程建设体系,构建协同的思政课堂,贯彻落实全国高校思想政治工作会议的重要任务。
Taking implicit education as the starting point, this paper uses the method of participant observation to discover the real dilemma of implicit education, and analyzes it from three dimensions, that is, teachers’ professional level, campus cultural background, and the atmosphere among peers, in order to explore relevant issues way. It aims to solve the quality problems of ideological and political classrooms, thereby boosting the construction system of ideological and political courses, building a collaborative ideological and political classroom, and implementing the important tasks of the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities.
