摘要
中国式现代化是国家富强、民族振兴、人民幸福的中国方案,二十大报告创新指出以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴。新时代全面建设社会主义现代化国家,必须坚定不移践行中国式现代化,加强中国方案走向世界,坚实依靠教育、科技、人才三大基础战略支撑。因此,我国加强国际化人才的系统培养是有效推进中国式现代化的重要动力,促进国际化人才培养的机制、质量、方向和评价的现代化转向,才能担当中国式现代化同世界共前进的重任与使命。
Chinese modernization is a Chinese approach for the prosperity and strength of the country, the re-juvenation of the nation, and the happiness of the people. The report of the 20th CPC National Congress points out that Chinese modernization should be used to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In order to build a modern socialist country in an all-round way in the new era, we must unswervingly practice Chinese modernization, strengthen Chinese approach to the world, and firmly rely on the support of three basic strategies of education, science and technology, and talents. Therefore, strengthening the systematic training of international talents is an important driving force to effectively promote Chinese modernization, and to promote the modernization of the mechanism, quality, direction and evaluation of international talent training. Only in this way can we undertake the important task and mission of Chinese modernization to advance together with the world.
