摘要
翻译人才作为政治文献翻译质量和传播效能的重要因素,其作用至关重要。论文立足中国特色社会主义新时代,梳理翻译人才队伍建设的发展现状和问题,尝试探索政府支持、高校培养、基地培训、人才库培优、常态化演练、动态管理为一体的政治文献复合型翻译人才队伍建设体系,进一步提升政治文献翻译水平和对外传播能力,促进国际社会对中国的认知和了解。
Translators play a pivotal role in translating political documents as well as international communication.This paper analyzes the current situation and the existing problems in the cultivation of translation talents in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and brings about the suggestion to construct a fostering system which integrates government support,university education,base training,talent pool cultivation,normalized drills and dynamic management for the interdisciplinary talents in translation,in order to further enhance the translation capability of political documents and improve global communication,and also to help the international community have a better understanding of China.
