参与式教学在研究生课程中的探索

摘要 在新时代教育不断改革的背景下,研究生教育是国家持续健康发展、社会和谐稳定以及人民安居乐业的必备力量。研究生教育必须要适应学科和社会的发展,必须要尊重研究生的身心特征及其发展规律。社会、高校与导师应积极合作探索,大力推进教育课程改革,不断更新教育教学方法,促进研究生独立学习和研究能力大幅提升。本文分析了研究生课程中存在的问题,探索了参与式教学在研究生课程中的效果,并针对相关问题给出一些改善策略,为深入了解和改革高等教育提供一种方案。 Under the background of continuous education reform in the new era, postgraduate education is a necessary force for the sustainable and healthy development of the country, the harmony and stability of society, and the well-being of the people. Postgraduate education must adapt to the development of the discipline and society and must respect postgraduates’ physical and mental characteristics and the laws of their product. Community, universities and instructors should actively cooperate and explore, vigorously promote education curriculum reform, constantly update education and teaching methods, and promote postgraduates’ independent learning and research ability to improve significantly. This paper analyses the problems in postgraduate courses, explores the effects of participatory teaching in doctoral studies, and gives some improvement strategies for related issues, providing a solution for a deeper understanding and reform of higher education.
