摘要
数字经济是我国贯彻新发展理念,推进实现“双碳”目标的重要引擎。文章基于2011~2022年中国大陆30个省(区、市)的面板数据,建立评价指标体系并测度地区数字经济与低碳发展水平,通过构建基准回归模型、空间杜宾模型实证探究数字经济对地区低碳发展的影响,以调节效应模型实证检验绿色技术创新在数字经济助力地区低碳发展中产生的作用。研究发现:数字经济对地区低碳发展存在显著促进作用且存在空间溢出效应;同时,绿色技术创新在数字经济赋能地区低碳发展的过程中起到积极的调节作用。研究结论为数字经济有效推动地区低碳发展提供一定证据支撑及政策启示。Digital economy is an important engine for China to implement the new development concept and realize the goal of “double carbon”. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in China's Mainland from 2011 to 2022, the article establishes an evaluation index system and measures the level of regional digital economy and low-carbon development, and empirically investigates the impact of digital economy on regional low-carbon development by constructing a baseline regression model and spatial Durbin model, and empirically examines the role of green technological innovation in the digital economy’s contribution to regional low-carbon development by means of a moderating effect model. The study finds that the digital economy has a significant impact on regional low-carbon development. The study finds that: the digital economy has a significant role in promoting regional low-carbon development and there is a spatial spillover effect;at the same time, green technological innovation plays a positive regulatory role in the process of digital economy-enabled regional low-carbon development. The findings of the study provide certain evidence support and policy inspiration for the effective promotion of regional low-carbon development by the digital economy.
