摘要
目的:观察益气温阳方对气阳两虚型CHF患者的复发率及Lee氏心衰评分、心脏超声指标、中医证候积分、N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)等相关因素的影响。方法:本研究纳入气阳两虚型CHF患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组接受基础西药治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用益气温阳方。连续干预4周后,收集整理分析两组患者治疗前后的一般资料、Lee氏心衰评分、心脏超声指标、中医证候积分、NT-proBNP等指标。结果:治疗后,两组患者左室射血分数(LVEF)、NT-proBNP、心功能分级、中医症候积分都有不同程度改善(P < 0.05),并且治疗组改善程度高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:益气温阳方能有效减少气阳两虚型CHF患者的复发率,提升患者的心功能,改善患者心衰症状、提升患者生活质量。
Objective: To observe the effects of Yiqi Wenyang Formula on the recurrence rate of CHF patients with qi and yang deficiency, Lee’s heart failure score, cardiac ultrasound index, TCM pattern score, N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor (NT-proBNP) and other related factors. Methods: A total of 60 patients with qi-yang deficiency CHF were included in this study, and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with basic western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Wenyang Formula on the basis of conventional treatment. After 4 weeks of continuous intervention, the general data, Lee’s heart failure score, cardiac ultrasound index, TCM syndrome score, NT-proBNP and other indicators were collected and analyzed before and after treatment. Conclusion: Yiqi Wenyang Formula can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of CHF patients with qi and yang deficiency, improve the cardiac function, improve the symptoms of heart failure, and improve the quality of life of patients.
