摘要
胃溃疡主要指发生在胃部的慢性溃疡性病,发病率呈逐年上升趋势,临床工作中发现,胃溃疡常合并有睡眠障碍,致使患者生活质量严重下降。本文基于中医对胃溃疡合并失眠的病因病机认识及研究进展,对本病中医治法进行综述,揭示中医药对该病的治疗价值。Gastric ulcer mainly refers to a chronic ulcerative disease occurring in the stomach. Its incidence has been increasing year by year. In clinical practice, it has been found that gastric ulcer is often accompanied by sleep disorders, which seriously reduces the quality of life of patients. This article reviews the TCM treatment methods for this disease based on the understanding of the etiology, pathogenesis, and research progress of gastric ulcer complicated by insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine, revealing the therapeutic value of traditional Chinese medicine for this disease.
