摘要
目的通过查阅并概括总结治疗消化性溃疡的近几年文献,为临床治疗本病防治本病复发提供新思路。方法检索运用中医药防治消化性溃疡的近几年文献,筛选出新颖的、有代表性的文献,将各种方法分类并概括总结其运用现状。结果临床上治疗消化性溃疡的报道以口服中药汤剂多见,针灸、穴位贴敷等外治法也常用于治疗消化性溃疡并且取得良好疗效。结论中医学防治消化性溃疡疗效确切,能够明显改善症状,促使溃疡愈合,防治溃疡复发,不宜产生耐药性,但其治疗机制尚不明确,有待进一步研究。
Objective To provide new clinical methods by accessing and summarizing the literatures from recent years about TCM for treating and preventing peptic ulcer(PU).Methods The most innovative and typical articles were screened out from the retrieved literatures,the included methods and their application status were classified and summarized.Results Reports of clinical treatment for PU were mainly focused on the soup of TCM,and acupuncture,acupoint applicatiopn and other TCM External Treatments for peptic ulcer have a good clinical affection.Conclusion TCM have obvious effect on prevention and treatment of peptic ulcer,they can relieve the symptoms of PU,promote ucler healing,prevent recurrence of PU and provide less drug resistance.However,the mechanism of the treatments is still notclear,which needs further study.
