摘要
慢性非细菌性前列腺炎病因复杂难辨、表征繁杂不一、病情缠绵难愈、缺乏强有效的特效治疗手段,是男性生殖泌尿科一类颇为棘手的疾病。本文综述了近年来中医药内治和外治对于治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的经验,归纳出主要致病因素以及对应的治疗原则,较为全面地介绍了目前临床颇具疗效的外治法,以期为慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的现代临床治疗提供思路。
Chronic non-bacterial prostatitis is a challenging disease in the field of male reproductive and urology due to its complex and difficult to distinguish etiology, diverse manifestations, persistent and difficult to cure condition, and lack of effective treatment methods. This article reviews the recent experience of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) against chronic non-bacterial prostatitis, summarizes the main pathogenic factors and corresponding treatment principles, and comprehensively discusses the currently effective external treatment methods in clinic, aiming to provide new strategies for the modern clinical treatment of CNP.
