摘要
在数字经济蓬勃发展的当下,千行百业都在紧抓时代机遇转型升级。作为国民经济重要支柱的国有企业,纷纷驶上数字化发展“快车道”。国有企业是代表中国企业参与全球市场竞争的先导力量,在数字化变革时代,国有企业数字化转型是大势所趋。2020年以来,国务院国资委发布《关于加快推进国有企业数字化转型工作的通知》,此后又发布了《国资国企在线监管系统建设方案》。本文旨在通过分析中央企业组织机构信息化管理现状和难点,提出主数据及数据治理整体解决方案,并结合实践案例为国资监管信息化工作推进提供参考。
