摘要
本文分析传统仿真技术的不足,介绍了数字孪生技术的提出背景和发展历程;阐述了数字孪生技术与传统仿真技术相比,具有多物理维度、动态修正的特点;说明了数字孪生体的四个关键模型即几何模型、物理模型、行为模型、规则模型的含义;探索了数字孪生技术在起重机械监督检验管理领域具有重要意义的研究方向:辖区内起重机械的在线监管,起重机械远程检验、个性化检验与报废标准,起重机械作业预演、优化设计;并阐述了相应的建模过程。为未来提高检验人员现场检验的安全性和检验效率,加强起重机械实时状态监测、违规超载作业、按计划维护保养等方面的监管提供参考。
By analyzing the shortcomings of traditional simulation technology,the background and development process of digital twin technology were introduced.Compared with the traditional simulation technology,the digital twin technology has the characteristics of multiple physical dimensions and dynamic correction.The meaning of the four key models of digital twins,geometric model,physical model,behavior model and rule model,were explained.The research directions of digital twin technology for lifting appliances supervision and inspection were explored:online supervision of lifting appliances,remote inspection,personalized inspection and discard standards of lifting appliances,lifting appliances operation preview and design optimization,and the corresponding modeling process was described.It provides a reference for improving the safety and efficiency of on-site inspection by inspectors,and strengthening the supervision of realtime monitoring of lifting appliances,illegal overload operation,and maintenance as planned.
