摘要
随着计算机网络、大数据、云计算等技术的飞速发展,信息化技术日新月异,已经改变了人们诸多生产生活方式。人才评价信息化建设推动着人才管理现代化的变革,促进人才评价在人才管理工作中发挥基础性、战略性作用。本文简述传统人才评价工作中的不足,分析人才评价信息化建设的诸多优势,提出推进人才评价信息化建设的几点思考。
With the rapid development of computer network,big data,cloud computing and other technolo-gies,the rapid development of information technology has changed a lot of people’s production and lifestyle.The informationization construction of talent evaluation promotes the modernization of talent management,and promotes talent evaluation to play a fundamental and strategic role in talent management.This paper briefly describes the shortcomings of traditional talent evaluation work,analyses the advantages of talent evaluation informatization construction,and puts forward some thoughts on promoting talent evaluation informatization construction.
