高速列车车体检修对玻璃残余应力影响研究

Study on the Effect of High-Speed Train Body Overhaul on Residual Stress Distributed on Windows Glass

摘要 本文针对高速列车车体运营检修前后的挡风玻璃等部位,研究车体检修对其各部位残余应力的影响。通过超声波无损检测来测定各位置残余应力的变化,结果发现:在检修前后,挡风玻璃各区域均呈现压应力。经过检修后,前挡风玻璃和头灯座残余应力减小,侧挡风玻璃残余应力增大,但残余应力变化幅度均较小。 This paper focused on the windows glass of high-speed vehicle body before and after overhaul and the influence of overhaul on residual stress distributed on windshield is studied. The change of residual stress in each position of windows glass was measured by ultrasonic non-destructive testing. The results showed that: each area of the windshield presented compressive stress before and after maintenance. After overhaul, the residual stress of the front windows glass and the headlamp hold-er decreased and the residual stress of the side windows glass increased, but the variation range of the residual stress is small.
