摘要
探索聚烯烃材料作为硬质复合绝缘子伞套基材的可能性。在聚丙烯和聚乙烯混合树脂中添加阻燃剂、硅油、抗氧化剂等助剂制成聚烯烃材料,评估其机械、电气和憎水性等性能;进一步将聚烯烃材料用作伞套制成棒型悬式绝缘子,开展芯棒材料试验、装配好的芯棒的负荷-时间试验等设计试验,干雷电冲击耐受电压试验、湿工频耐受电压等型式试验。结果表明:聚烯烃绝缘子的主要机械性能和电气性能满足GB/T 19519—2014《架空线路绝缘子标称电压高于1 000 V交流系统用悬垂和耐张复合绝缘子定义、试验方法及接受准则》的要求,是一类具有广阔应用前景的新型硬质复合绝缘子。
The possibility of using the polyolefin material as basic material of hard composite insulator umbrella skirt is discussed in this paper. Polyolefin material was prepared by adding several additives,such as flame retardants,silicone oil and antioxidants,into polypropylene and polyethylene resins,and its mechanical,electrical and hydrophobicity properties was evaluated. Then,the polyolefin material was further used as the umbrella skirt to make rod suspension insulators. Various tests has been carried out,including design tests of the insulator core material test,assembled core material load-time test,and type tests of dry lightning impulse withstand voltage test,wet power frequency withstand voltage test,etc. The overall mechanical and electrical properties of polyolefin-based insulators meet the requirements of national standard GB/T 19519—2014: Insulators for overhead lines-Composite suspension and tension insulators for a. c. systems with a nominal voltage greater than 1 000 V-Definitions,test methods and acceptance criteria. The results reveal that the polyolefin-based insulator is a new kind of composite insulator with wide application prospects.
