在数字经济与乡村振兴战略背景下,红色电商作为红色文化与电商融合的新模式,成为乡村振兴的重要推力。基于协同发展理论,研究分析二者互动机理发现:红色电商通过拓宽销售渠道、传播红色文化、吸引人才回流等赋能乡村发展,乡村振兴则为其提供政策、资源与市场支持。但当前协同发展存在基础设施薄弱、人才短缺、品牌建设不足及产业融合浅等问题。为此构建政策、产业、人才三维协同机制,对乡村高质量发展具有重要意义。通过完善政策支持、推动产业融合创新、加强人才培育,为红色电商与乡村振兴深度融合提供理论与实践路径。
In the context of the digital economy and rural revitalization strategy, red e-commerce, as a new model of integration of red culture and e-commerce, has become an important driving force for rural revitalization. Based on the theory of coordinated development, this paper analyzes the interaction mechanism between the two and finds that red e-commerce empowers rural development by broadening sales channels, spreading red culture, and attracting talents to return, while rural revitalization provides policy, resource, and market support. At present, there are problems in coordinated development, such as weak infrastructure, talent shortage, insufficient brand building, and shallow industrial integration. To this end, it is of great significance to build a three-dimensional coordination mechanism of policy, industry, and talent, and provide a theoretical and practical path for the deep integration of red e-commerce and rural revitalization by improving policy support, promoting industrial integration and innovation, and strengthening talent cultivation.
