摘要 计算机技术的发展和先进通信技术的不断完善是电子商务这一新型交易方式产生的背景,全球上网用户的增长促进了电子商务的发展,在电子商务飞速发展的过程中,它也带来了一系列的问题,如消费者知情权与隐私权保护不到位、公平交易权保护不足、三方平台法律约束力不足等问题,为了解决上述问题有必要完善消费者知情权和隐私权的保护、加大公平交易权保护、推进对相关法律法规的修订完善,以此来保障消费者的权益和促进电子商务市场的健康发展。The development of computer technology and the continuous improvement of advanced communication technology are the background of the emergence of e-commerce, a new mode of transaction. The growth of global Internet users has promoted the development of e-commerce. In the process of rapid development of e-commerce, it has also brought a series of problems. For example, the protection of consumers’ right to know and privacy is not in place, the protection of fair trade right is insufficient, and the legal binding force of the tripartite platform is insufficient. In order to solve the above problems, it is necessary to improve the protection of consumers’ right to know and privacy, increase the protection of fair trade right, and promote the revision and improvement of relevant laws and regulations, so as to protect the rights and interests of consumers and promote the healthy development of the e-commerce market.
