摘要
大数据时代下,电子商务发展迅猛,同时也带动我国的快递行业飞速发展,然而快递服务行业消费者个人信息泄露问题也愈发严重,引发了一场个人信息安全信任危机。2021年,我国颁布的《个人信息保护法》在个人信息安全方面作出了许多实质性规定,增设了个人信息保护公益诉讼制度,但是由于个人信息保护在我国起步较晚,所以不可避免地存在一定的缺漏有待优化。文中分析了我国快递服务行业消费者个人信息泄露的现状和现存保护措施存在的问题,并从快递企业、消费者自身、法律政策等方面对个人消息保护问题提出了相关建议和对策,以实现对个人信息的良好保护。
In the era of big data,e-commerce develops rapidly,and also drives the rapid development of China s express delivery industry,but the problem of personal information leakage of consumers in the express service industry is also becoming more serious,leading to a personal information security trust crisis.In 2021,the Personal Information Protection Law was promulgated in our country,which made many substantive provisions on personal information security and added a public interest litigation system for personal information protection.However,due to the late start of personal information protection in China,there are inevitably certain gaps to be optimized.This paper analyzes the current situation for personal information leakage of consumers in China s express delivery service industry and the problems existing in the existing protection measures,and puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures on the protection of personal information from the aspects of express delivery enterprises,consumers themselves,laws and policies,so as to achieve good protection for personal information.
