摘要
校园暴力已经成为危害学生身心健康和社会和谐稳定的“毒瘤”,长期以来国内学者试图从不同的学科角度进行研究。本文通过对国内研究现状、国外防治经验、调查问卷数据分析以及我国立法现状四个方面对我国校园暴力防治现状进行思考,并分析构建我国校园暴力法律防控体系的重要性和可行性。
Schoolviolence has become a toxic wart which endangers students’ physical and mentalhealth and social harmony and stability. For a long time, domesticscholars have tried to study from different disciplinary perspectives. Thispaper introspects the current situation of school violence prevention and control in China through the followingfour aspects: domestic research status, overseas research status, questionnairedata analysis and the current situation of legislation in China, and triesto analyse the significance and feasibilityof the establishment of China’s legal prevention and control system forschool violence.
