摘要
随着社会的发展,校园欺凌的问题愈发突出,文章以社会生态系统为理论背景,旨在从理论研究与实践探索上丰富有关校园欺凌问题的研究与探讨。研究发现,校园欺凌有着复杂的影响因素,个体行为失控、教育主体失职、社会意识形态失衡均是欺凌行为产生的极为重要的社会生态因素。为此,针对性地从学生个体、教育群体、社会意识多向层面提出校园欺凌的预防机制,尝试建立一个学生个体能动高防范、多元主体教育强联手、文化法律保平安的校园欺凌预防机制。
With the development of society, the problem of school bullying has become increasingly promi-nent. Based on the theoretical background of social ecosystem, this paper aims to enrich the re-search and discussion on school bullying from theoretical research and practical exploration. It is found that bullying in schools has complex influencing factors. Individual behaviors out of control, educational subjects’ failure, and social ideological imbalance are all important social-ecological factors in the production of bullying behavior. Therefore, this paper proposes a prevention mechanism for school bullying from the perspective of individual students, educational groups and social consciousness. It attempts to establish a school bullying prevention mechanism in which individual students can take high precautions, multiple subjects can work together strongly in education, and culture-law can ensure peace.
