摘要
乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACCase)是脂肪酸合成途径中的关键酶之一,在植物体内,ACCase是多种除草剂的作用靶标。本论文针对ACCase抑制剂类除草剂的种类和使用情况,以及ACCase靶标抗性及水稻非靶标抗性机制的相关研究进行简单概述。
Acetyl-CoA carboxylase(ACCase)is one of the key enzymes in the fatty acid synthesis pathway.In plants,ACCase is the target of various herbicides.This paper focuses on acetyl-CoA carboxylase inhibitor herbicides.A brief overview was given,including studies of the species and use of ACCase inhibitor herbicides,as well as ACCase target resistance and rice non-target resistance.
