摘要 植物中的乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC ase)催化脂肪酸合成的第一步,是脂肪酸合成的限速酶.ACC ase有两种类型:异质型的ACC ase位于质体中,是脂肪酸合成途径中的关键酶;同质型的ACC ase位于胞质溶胶中,催化形成的产物主要用于长链脂肪酸及类黄酮等次生代谢产物的合成.综述了植物中ACC ase的生理功能、分子生物学特征,并对其基因工程作了展望. The acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACCase), which is the rate-limiting enzyme of synthesis, catalyzes the first reaction of synthesis of fatty acids in plants. Two types of ACCase are found:Heteromeric ACCase is the key enzyme of synthesis of fatty acids in plastids while Homomeric ACCase provides the material for the elongation of fatty acids chain and the formation of flavonoid et at. in cytosol. This article summarizes the physiological function, molecolar biological characterization, and the tendency of the gene engineering in plant ACCase,
