摘要
社区自治对提升居民福祉和实现基层民主意义重大。文章在分析相关文献基础上,以柳州市城中区S社区为例,深入探讨基层社区自治能力提升路径。研究发现,当前社区自治存在居民参与率低、青年群体缺位、参与形式化等问题,同时面临社区社工队伍建设和行政化倾向等挑战。针对这些问题,文章提出通过激活多元群体参与、加强社工队伍建设、明确职能范围等路径,提升社区自治能力,以期为其他社区提供有益借鉴,推动基层社区治理现代化进程,实现社区共建共治共享的良好局面,提升居民生活质量与社区活力。Community autonomy is of great significance for improving the well-being of residents and realizing grassroots democracy. On the basis of analyzing relevant literature, this paper takes S community in the central district of Liuzhou city as an example to explore the path of improving the autonomy ability of grassroots communities. The study found that the current community autonomy has problems such as low participation rate of residents, absence of youth groups, participation formalization, and challenges such as the construction of community social workers and the administrative tendency. For these problems, this paper puts forward through the activation of multiple group participation, strengthening the construction of social work team, clear function scope, improving community autonomy ability, in order to provide useful reference for other communities, promote grassroots community governance modernization, realize the good situation of community work sharing, improve residents’ quality of life and community vitality.
