摘要
城市社区互助养老服务作为应对老龄化挑战的重要途径,其可持续发展问题受到广泛关注。文章基于社会资本理论,发现当前城市社区互助养老服务在社会信任建立、互惠规范执行和关系网络构建方面存在多重困境,严重制约了互助养老服务的可持续发展。针对这些问题,文章提出通过组织社区活动、搭建信息交互平台、设立专业监督机构、成立规范修订小组和加大基础设施建设等措施,促进社会信任的建立、互惠规范的完善和关系网络的优化,从而为城市社区互助养老服务的可持续发展提供坚实基础。As an important way to cope with the challenges of aging, the sustainable development of mutual care services in urban communities has received widespread attention. Based on the social capital theory, this paper finds that there are multiple dilemmas in the establishment of social trust, the implementation of reciprocity norms and the construction of relationship networks in the current urban community mutual care services, which seriously constrains the sustainable development of mutual care services. To address these problems, this paper proposes to promote the establishment of social trust, the improvement of reciprocity norms and the optimization of relationship networks by organizing community activities, building an information interaction platform, setting up a professional supervisory body, setting up a norm revision group, and increasing the construction of infrastructures, in order to provide a solid foundation for the sustainable development of mutual aid elderly care services in urban communities.
