摘要
膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis, KOA)是一种常见的伴有慢性膝关节疼痛和功能障碍的退行性关节疾病。KOA的病因和发病机制尚不清楚。近年来,随着人口老龄化的趋势,KOA的发病率也逐年上升。目前KOA的临床治疗主要分为保守治疗和手术治疗两大类,本文通过回顾总结国内外文献,从非药物治疗、药物治疗和手术治疗三个方面来阐述膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗进展,为临床医生制定最佳治疗方案和进行相关研究时提供参考。
Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a common degenerative joint disease accompanied by chronic knee pain and dysfunction. The etiology and pathogenesis of KOA are unknown. In recent years, with the trend of aging population, the incidence of KOA is increasing year by year. At present, the clinical treatment of KOA is mainly divided into two categories: conservative treatment and surgical treat-ment. By reviewing and summarizing the domestic and international literature, this article de-scribes the treatment progress of osteoarthritis of the knee from three aspects: non-pharmacological treatment, pharmacological treatment, and surgical treatment, so as to pro-vide a reference for clinicians to formulate the optimal treatment plan and to conduct the relevant research.
