摘要
腰椎术后切口愈合不良是脊柱外科术后常见并发症,部分患者手术切口会发生脂肪液化,切口积液、渗出或者裂开,并有可能继发感染,一旦发生手术切口感染,轻则影响患者切口愈合进程,不利于患者术后恢复,并且延长住院时间和医疗负担。本文章主要通过回顾以往的文献资料从影响切口愈合的危险因素、早期诊断以及临床治疗方面向临床医师提供参考意义。
Poor incision healing after lumbar surgery is a common complication after spinal surgery. Fat liq-uefaction, fluid accumulation, exudation or dehiscence may occur in surgical incision in some pa-tients, and secondary infection may occur. Once surgical incision infection occurs, it may affect the healing process of the patient’s incision, which is not good for the postoperative recovery of the pa-tient, and prolong the hospital stay and medical burden. This article mainly provides reference for clinicians from the aspects of risk factors affecting wound healing, early diagnosis and clinical treatment by reviewing the previous literature.
