摘要
慢性高原病是由高原低压缺氧引起的一种高原特发性疾病。由于高原病的发病机制十分复杂,仍有许多问题迄今尚不清楚。近年来的许多研究显示,慢性高原病患者血浆中部分细胞因子水平发生变化,本文通过对参与高原病相关细胞因子最新的研究进展进行综述,为进一步探讨高原病的发病机制和寻找新的治疗靶点提供新思路。
Chronic high altitude disease is a kind of high altitude idiopathic disease caused by low altitude hy-poxia. Because the pathogenesis of plateau disease is very complex, there are still many problems that are still unclear. In recent years, many studies have shown that the level of some cytokines in the plasma of patients with chronic plateau disease has changed. This article reviews the latest re-search progress of cytokines involved in plateau disease, providing new ideas for further exploring the pathogenesis of plateau disease and finding new therapeutic targets.
