摘要
糖尿病肾病为一类全身性的微血管并发症,其临床发病率伴随糖尿病发病率上升而上升。本病发病早期的诊断结果直接影响患者疾病治疗,同时影响患者糖尿病病程发展。本文将针对尿微量白蛋白、尿蛋白在糖尿病肾病这种疾病检验中的临床应用进行综述,可为临床的早期诊断与治疗提供参考依据。
Diabetic nephropathy is a systemic microvascular complication, and its incidence rate increases with the increase of the incidence of diabetes mellitus. The early diagnosis of the disease directly affects the patient’s disease treatment and the course of diabetes. In order to provide reference for the clinic, this paper reviews the application of urinary protein and trace protein in the disease test of patients with diabetic nephropathy.
