摘要
研究了显色剂5-(5-硝基-2-吡啶偶氮)-2,4二氨基甲苯(简称5-NO2-PADAT)与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应。结果表明,在pH4.0~6.0酸度范围和乙醇存在下,铜与5-NO2-PADAT反应形成1:2红色配合物,配合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为3.91×104L·mol-1·cm-1,铜浓度在0~0.7μg/ml范围内服从比耳定律。本方法操作简便,灵敏度高,选择性较好,常见金属离子在一定范围内无干扰,用于微量铜的测定,结果满意。
The colour reaction between copper(Ⅱ) and 5-(5-nitro-2-pyridylazo)-2,4-diaminotoluene(5-NO_2-PADAT) was studied. The experimental results show that Cu(Ⅱ) reacts with 5-NO_2-PADAT at pH4.0~6.0 to form a red complex. Its apparent molor absorptivity is 3.91×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 520nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the concentration range of 0~0.70μg/ml for Cu at 520nm. The molor ratio of Cu(Ⅱ) to 5-NO_2-PADAT is 1:2 in the complex. The method has more sensitivity and selecttivity. Most common ions don't interfere, it has been applied to the determination of hairs with satisfactory results.
