摘要
基于Cu ,Co 与5 (5 硝基 2 吡啶偶氮) 2,4 二氨基甲苯(简称5 NO2 PADAT)在弱酸性介质中均可发生灵敏的显色反应,但铜络合物可被EDTA或强酸分解,而钴络合物不被分解的特点,利用差减法建立了铜、钴同时测定的新方法。在10mL溶液中,0~7 0μg铜、0~3 6μg钴符合比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数分别为ε519Co=1 48×105。方Cu=6 70×104,ε586法用于镁合金及锌铝合金中铜、钴的同时测定,结果满意。
A new system for spectrophotometric simultaneous determination of copper and cobalt with 5(5nitro2pyridylazo)2,4diaminotoluene(5NO2PADAT) has been developed,which is based on the different stabilities between Cu*! and Co*' complexes of 5NO2PADATBy addition of EDTA or strong mineral acid,Cu*!-5NO2PADAT complex can be dissociated while Co*'-5NO2PADAT complex can't beBeer's law is obeyed in the range of 070μg/10mL for Cu and 036μg/10mL for CoThe apparent molar absorptivities are 670×104L·mol-1·cm-1 for Cu*! at 519nm and 148×105L·mol-1·cm-1 for Co*' at 586nm, respectivelyThe method has been applied to simultaneous determination of copper and cobalt in alloys with satisfactory results
