通过对试验车的大量测试,获得该车架的模态数据。在不改变发动机的情况下,使车架的第1阶固有频率的共振点出现在怠速以下,同时保证第2阶固有频率大于该车最高车速时发动机的激励频率,这种改变车架模态的措施对该车型的振动舒适性有很大改善。
The modal data of the motorcycle frame are obtained through tests carried out on the tested motorcycle. On condition that the engine does not change, get the resonance point of the frame's step Ⅰnatural frequency appear under the idle, while the case that the step Ⅱ natural frequency is higher than the exciting frequency of the engine at the top speed of the motorcycle should be guaranteed.
