摘要
以某款摩托车车架为研究对象,应用有限元理论建立了车架结构分析模型,在此基础上,以车架管件的壁厚和管径作为设计变量,以车架一阶自由模态频率和扭转、弯曲刚度作为目标函数,对其进行灵敏度分析,获得了对车架模态和刚度影响较大的因素,从而为车架的结构优化提供了重要依据。
This paper introduces an analysis model for the motorcycle frame based on finite analysis theory. The model selects the wall thickness of frame pipe as design variables and the frequency, torsion and bending stiffness of the frame as objective functions. The most influential parameters can be determined via analyzing the sensitivity of the frame. It provides an important reference for the optimization design of motorcycle frame.
