Development of drawbead investigation in sheet metal forming technology

摘要 本文在阐述拉深筋作用机理的基础上 ,对板料成形技术中拉深筋阻力模型的理论研究、拉深筋数值计算方法以及实验研究的发展状况进行了综述与分析 ,并指出了研究中仍存在的问题和该领域的发展趋势。 In this paper,based on the mechanism of drawbeads acting on blank, the development of theoretical investigation on drawbead restrained force model ,numerical simulation methods and experimental research are summarized and analyzed. And the problems unresolved are discussed and the further development trends are pointed out.
